Common issues and how to fix them. If none of these help, reach out.

Meetings aren't syncing to the Work Calendar

Meetingpad only mirrors events from source calendars ticked in Calendars…. Open the picker and confirm the source calendar is checked. If yes, quit and relaunch Meetingpad to force a fresh sync cycle.

An event is missing from my mirror

Two possibilities:

• Beyond the 14-day horizon — the mirror covers the next 14 days. Events further out won't appear yet.
• macOS Calendar hasn't fetched it from Google yet — Meetingpad only sees what EventKit has. In Calendar.app, press ⌘R to refresh; if that doesn't help, toggle the Google account off/on in System Settings → Internet Accounts.

Voters see "no slots available" on my poll link

Every slot on the poll is now in the past. Open the poll in Meetingpad and add new slots via the calendar-badge-plus icon.

Booking link says "not found"

The event type was deleted or the identity was removed. Check Event types and make sure the link corresponds to something that still exists.

AI features return an error

Almost always an Anthropic key issue. Menubar → Settings → AI → confirm the key is still valid and has credit on your Anthropic account.

Meetingpad crashed or won't launch

Check ~/Library/Logs/DiagnosticReports/Meetingpad_*.crash. Send us the most recent one via the contact form.

Reset everything

To completely reset local state, quit Meetingpad, delete ~/Library/Preferences/io.meetingpad.app.plist, and relaunch. Your server-side data (identities, polls, event types) is untouched.
