What Meetingpad is
Meetingpad is a macOS menubar app that lets one person schedule meetings across multiple calendars. It's designed for people who have more than one "hat" — personal, work, side project — and want a single booking flow for each.
How it's organized
- Identities — one per Google account you want to book against. Each has its own booking link and calendar invite sender.
- Event types — durations and working-hours rules per identity. A 30-minute intro, a 60-minute deep-dive, etc.
- Polls — for group scheduling. Propose slots, share a link, close the winner to send everyone an invite.
- Work calendar mirror — combines every enabled source calendar into one destination so you look at one place for your real schedule.
Requirements
- macOS 14 (Sonoma) or newer
- Signed in to at least one Google account (Workspace or personal)
- An Anthropic API key if you want to use AI-drafted emails (Pro only)
Getting help
The fastest path is the in-app Help → Send Feedback menu — it attaches your app version and current sync state so we can diagnose without a back-and-forth. Or email help@meetingpad.io.
