Group polls
Doodle-style polls for scheduling with more than one guest. Propose a handful of times, share the link, watch the tally, close with the winner.
Creating a poll
- Menubar → Run a poll….
- Pick the identity, give the poll a title and (optional) description.
- Set the meeting duration and whether it includes Google Meet.
- Add invitees (or make it open to anyone with the link).
- Click cells in the calendar to propose slots. Past slots are dimmed and can't be picked.
- Click Create poll. The voter link is copied to your clipboard.
How voters see it
Voters enter their name and email, then check the slots that work for them. They see an anonymous tally per slot as they vote, and can revisit the link to update their choices.
Nudging voters
Once someone has voted, you can send nudges. Menubar → open the poll → megaphone icon. On Pro, Claude drafts the nudge email for you, optionally suggesting more slot times.
Closing the poll
Pick the winning slot in the tally, then click Close & send invite. Meetingpad drafts an announcement (Pro) and sends the calendar invite to everyone who voted plus every invitee — no one is left out.
Follow-up emails
After the meeting, send a follow-up with an attached Google Doc. Meetingpad auto-shares the doc with each recipient using Drive's per-email permissions, so no one has to click "request access".
Free tier limits
Free: 5 polls per calendar month, no AI-drafted nudges/announcements/follow-ups. Pro: unlimited, all AI features included (you bring your own Anthropic key).
