What you'll need for Pro AI features

Meetingpad uses Claude by Anthropic to draft the messaging around your polls (nudge emails, announcements, follow-ups). Pro subscribers connect their own Anthropic API key in Meetingpad's settings.

Why BYO key? So you're never surprised by an AI bill from us, and your prompts never touch our servers. Anthropic charges Claude usage directly to you — for a typical Meetingpad user, that's cents per month.

FAQ

Can I use my personal Gmail and my work Google account together?

Yes — that's the point. Every identity you add gets its own booking link. Meetingpad computes availability against all of them.

Do you ever see my meeting titles?

No. Free/busy is computed locally on your Mac from Apple's EventKit. Only OAuth refresh tokens (needed to send invites) are stored on our server, encrypted.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

Cancel any time from the Stripe customer portal. You keep your data for 30 days after cancellation; export or reactivate before then. After 30 days, we delete it.

Do you offer a team plan?
