Getting started

1. Open the DMG and drag Meetingpad to your Applications folder.
2. Launch Meetingpad — the calendar icon appears in your menubar.
3. Grant calendar access when macOS prompts. Meetingpad reads calendars to compute free/busy; nothing leaves your Mac.
4. Sign in and connect the Google accounts you want to book against.
5. Create your first event type in the Configure window. You'll get a shareable booking link immediately.

System requirements

• macOS 14.0 (Sonoma) or newer
• Apple Silicon or Intel
• Any modern Google account (Workspace or personal) for identities
• Optional: Anthropic API key for AI features on Pro

Automatic updates

Meetingpad checks for updates on launch and daily. To update immediately, click the menubar icon → Help → Check for Updates. You can also uncheck automatic updates in Preferences.

Older versions

Older builds are available in the changelog. We keep the last 5 versions online for rollback.

Trouble installing?

If macOS complains that Meetingpad "can't be opened because Apple can't check it for malicious software," right-click the app in Applications and choose Open. This shouldn't happen with our current signed build — if it does, please let us know.
